Processes

Manual skills and experience are the most important factors in our work, together allowing us to give each product a made-to-measure “dress”. Study of new materials and new techniques enable us to offer our customers consistently up-to-date solutions, appropriate for their every need and meeting the requirements of the market and fashion.

Upholstery

Fabrics and leathers, passed to the cutting and sewing department for make-up, are mounted on the pre-covered structures and fastened using Velcro in the removable cover version or stitched in the fixed version.

Capitonné

A strictly manual process relying on the skill and experience of the operator. It involves attaching covered buttons, fixed to the panel by cords passed through to the back and pulled using a long needle. The folded leather effect is created by the skilful hands of the operator.

Woven

Same-width leather or eco-leather covered strips are woven together and stitched to the panel, creating a distinctive wicker effect. The result is an attractive bed head able to stand out in the bedroom.
